He has had experience as an external consultant in Ez Forms, a Peruvian technology start-up, in which he developed the analysis of environments, risk management, management control and analysis of financial, operational and marketing strategies, culminating in the creation of the business plan for the company.
Subsequently, she graduated in December 2020 from INCAE Business School with an MBA Global Perspective with an emphasis in Finance and Economics and a specialisation in Management in Times of Crisis, at the Costa Rica campus.

She started her professional career at Postnet, Miami, Florida where she reached the position of General Manager, in charge of managing the entire operation of the business. She later joined the Insignia Financial Advisors team where she currently works as a Financial Analyst and is in charge of managing the office in Honduras.

Mr. Appanah has 20 years of successful experience as a Finance and Accounting executive in a variety of sectors in Guyana; ranging from banking, auditing, logging, shipping, sawmilling, sugar manufacturing and distribution industries. He is the former Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary of ANSA McAL Trading Limited, a position he held for ten years and left to become an advisor/consultant.

Paula Andrea Beltrán started her professional career in a medium sized bank in Ecuador in 2016 where she worked as a Credit Risk Analyst, among her functions was the review of credits of all types of segments and clients, attracting and visiting corporate clients, developing communication strategies and a very broad knowledge of analysis of different industries in all financial aspects.
