Who are we?

We are an umbrella, closed-end real estate fund that allows shareholders of real estate assets to maintain control over the assets and investors to participate on a diversified or discretionary basis in a portfolio of real estate assets.

Savings and Scale

There are real estate assets that do not have the critical mass or do not generate the taxable income materially enough for the expenses to be less than the benefits of an owned Real Estate Fund. In our structure, expenses are diluted among several assets which allows the savings to be greater than the expense.

Project Control

Each series will have its own Executive Committee, in which members appointed by the shareholders of the real estate assets may participate. The Board of Directors will act according to the instructions of said Executive Committee.

We have a robust combination of comprehensive tools and services for regulatory compliance, accounting reporting and regulatory reporting.
