Insignia will lead a comprehensive strategic review process and serve as a point of contact for it to visualise a business revamp process.

Insignia designs, prepares and executes the programming, implementation and development of data dashboards containing the different KPI's ("Key Performance Indicators"), primarily at a high financial level, and then complemented with data dashboards by functional area.

These dashboards allow from top management to middle management to obtain key indicator information to guide management control and connect the daily actions of the team with the strategic direction of the Company. For each functional area (e.g. finance, purchasing, treasury, commercial and operations) a series of dashboards are defined, which allow to immediately know the status of the company's situation in real time.

Insignia BI is developed on Microsoft's Power BI platform, under strict security standards.

Insignia would assume the "informal" position of Chairman in the Executive Committee of the companies, leading and monitoring the performance of management on all administrative issues.

The intention of this committee will be to coordinate regular, recurring and disciplined meetings in which they will review key management indicators to assess the Company's performance.

Insignia would co-ordinate, together with management, the preparation of the monthly Board Presentation, being the main link between the Directors, the Executive Committee and the General Management.
