He started his professional career at Banistmo, and later joined MBA Lazard, a subsidiary of Lazard.

In 2009 he joined Remasa Capital Advisors (now Insignia Financial Advisors). During his career, he has executed multiple M&A transactions, valuations, loan structuring, public bond structuring and financial restructuring processes, as well as capital raising processes in Central America for well-known clients in different industries.

He is a member of the following Boards of Directors: Graphix Holdings, Bóyala Panamá, S.A., Bóyala Internacional, S.A. He is an External Director at Multiprosperity Family of Funds, Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Globalscope International M&A Advisors and Director at Popcorn Labs. In addition, he belongs to the finance committee of Colfinanzas S.A., is a member of the National Committee of Incae in Panama and a member of the Panama Chapter of Entrepeneur's Organization (EO).

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Master's Degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and graduated first in his MBA class from INCAE Business School.  He holds a Securities Broker's license issued by the Superintendence of the Securities Market of Panama.

Mr. Robleto started his experience in the Banking Industry with the LAFISE group as Credit Executive at Bancentro in Nicaragua.

He has served as Commercial Relationship Manager at HSBC Panama, Advisory Manager at INDESA involving himself in the areas of valuation, business planning and project evaluation.

He later joined the Canal Venture Capital team where he served as Director of Business Development and later as CFO of the group. He has also collaborated in consulting and independent projects with the faculty of INCAE Business School.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance with honors from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School.

Ms. Adriana Carles started her experience in the Banking Industry with Banistmo where she held the position of Risk Management Officer of the Corporate Center. 

She served as Corporate Finance Manager at MMG Bank Corporation, participating in public issuance registration processes, company valuations, fixed income fund management and development of new business relationships.

Additionally, she collaborated in advising General Electric in conjunction with INCAE Business School.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with honors from Florida State University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School.
