Additionally, other factors that can add or diminish the value of the company are considered, such as: brand rights, properties, market share, competitive positioning, threats from the environment, commercial value of assets, value of licences, among others.

We advise clients in structuring the issuance of fixed income instruments through the Panamanian Stock Exchange, or the increase of their share capital through the issuance of common or preferred shares in the Panamanian market.

Our experience includes defining the terms of the issue, coordinating with lawyers for the preparation of prospectuses, processing the necessary approvals with the regulatory bodies (SMV) and its subsequent listing on the BVP.
